Exopan combines the quality of cooking in tinplate with the benefits of a nonstick surface. contributing to overall development of product color during baking. Its nonstick surface eliminates greasing resulting in a clean release during depanning. The protective enamel ensures durability that will withstand heavy use in professional kitchens.
