This is a French Pastry Classic mould. The 20mm (3/4) high tart ring is made in stainless steel with rolled edges that ensures sturdiness. This bottomless mould allows more dough exposure in order to obtain a crispy dough in a very short time. The ring's straight sides will enhance the appearance of your tarts.
