The Martellato sugar lamp is designed for sugar processing and is perfect for the creation of sugar work. Its 2 level control gives you the choice between 600w or 1200w of power. Made in varnished metal and brushed steel the lamp is robust but light and is made for home or commercial use.
The height and inclination are adjustable (40° inclination of the lamp towards the operator). The power cable runs inside the pole for improved safety. The working surface is perfectly flat.
*Important: this item is only available in 220v.
