The 3.5Lt extra basin is made from Food Grade Stainless Steel. It is thick. rigid and made to last.
The extra pan holds 3.5 liters of chocolate (approx. 4kg (8.8lbs) of chocolate).
The extra pan can be used with the Meltinchoc 3.5Lt and the 3.5Lt Digital Pro MeltinChoc.
Easy to clean. the extra basin is dishwasher safe or can hand wash with warm water and dishwashing detergent.
