The melter will allow you to easily melt your chocolate. With his precise analog thermostat. the machine will maintain the chocolate at the desired temperature for a long period of time.

The 3x 0.8Lt MeltinChoc machine comes with a 3 food safe stainless steel pans to hold your chocolate. The pans are removable for easy cleaning and extra pans are available to change quickly form a chocolate to another.

Each pan has a capacity of 0.8 liters (0.2 gallon) and can hold approximately 950 grams of chocolate (2 lbs) per pan.

The MeltinChoc is a dry melter. it doesn't require water and it will slowly melt your chocolate without risk of burning it. It can reach a temperature up to 50°C (122°F).

The body of the MeltinChoc Chocolate Tempering Machine is made from strong plastic and integrates quality electrical components ensuring that it is durable and long lasting. The melter has a limited 1 year warranty covering parts and labor.
